Absolutely not. Our formats are designed to be accessible to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced players. Gladiators coaches are experienced in managing mixed-ability groups and know how to involve everyone naturally, without any awkwardness.
We operate primarily at Gladiators Training affiliate clubs in Rome, all in elegant and well-appointed settings. For large corporate events or specific requirements, we collaborate with selected venues across Italy — private clubs, resorts and high-profile facilities.
Yes. We offer a full end-to-end service including logistics coordination, set-up, catering on request, custom-branded materials and communications management before and during the event. Your job is simply to show up and enjoy the experience.
Our formats scale from groups of 4 to over 100 people. For larger groups we use multiple courts simultaneously with a dedicated team of coaches. Contact us for a proposal calibrated to your exact headcount.
For medium-sized events we recommend at least 3–4 weeks' notice. For complex events with external venues and multiple integrated services, we prefer 6–8 weeks to ensure the quality that defines us. For urgent requests we always assess feasibility — just contact us.
